The Man from the Cabbage Patch

Once there was a man
Who lived in a cabbage patch.
His hair was coarse and wiry:
It slightly resembled thatch.

One day the patch caught fire
The man was found crispy and quite dead.
What a shame that that poor man
Had thatch-hair on his head.
